The tamales that I have eaten in Salem are from other locations of Mexico and typically are huge, often using a leavening that makes them light-weight rather then dense. To me these tamales have a lot less flavor than the ones from northern Mexico.All I realize is I'm going there to their drive up, These are friendly and give me definitely wonderfu
